Default Greddy eManage 'BLUE' question????

I recently purchased the Greddy eManage BLUE piggyback ECU for my tC to make things easier on my car when I have my turbo installed. However, I just ended up buying the basic eManage package without any additional PNP harnesses such as Ignition & Injector. Now my questions to you guys. Is it super important that these PNP harnesses are to be used with this unit for tuning purposes?Or is it worthless to have the eManage without running it with any PNP harnesses? Help me out here so I have everything I need when I go to get my turbo installed in a month.....

in my opinion, PNP harness is a huge waste of money... just splice into the factory wires and you're golden (as long as you know which wire goes where and how to properly splice)

if you are having a shop do it, then you DEFINATELY do NOT need the PNP harness...

PnP harness is worth it. Takes 2 min to install and uninstall your emanage. And you dont have to ever hack up your wire harness. It will look a lot better when you goto sell the car...

So if you have the $$ for one... get one.

You may want to look into a pressure sensor harness. It will allow you to tune based on the actual amount of boost running through the system, rather than a calculated estimate derived from how far the pedal is down (throttle position sensor) and the RPMs. The tune will be much more accurate, and you'll probably save a lot of gas.

The pnp harness includes the ignition and injector harness all together. Seriously - if you're having a shop install it for you, get the PnP - because splicing and tapping and soldering all of the necessary wires is a huge pain in the butt and can take hours. I can plug in my emanage ultimate in less than a minute.

When Kenny @ ZPI installed my eManage, he had it done (no harness) inside of 10 minutes. Guess it depends who's doing it. If I was doing it myself I would've definitely needed the PnP harness.

That just mean is twisted the wires together and taped them...

The blue emanage only has like 5-6 wires on the main harness and only one wire needs to be cut from the ECU (AR wire). Everything else is just tapped into. Only takes like 5-10 mins but you want to go over your wire colors like 5 times to make sure you have the right wires the first time. Then your golden...

You can buy the add on harness from ebay or you can ask the shop to tap the wire if they are experienced with the emanage wiring. Here is a link for some emanage parts http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/

Like i said.. Dont get a PnP harness.

With the injector harness it is 10 wires. took me 30 min to solder it.
Im sure the shop can handle it.

Print out the above wire guide and bring it to them
