Joe and about 25-30 other members on here have it. I am suprised no one else has posted on here about it yet.

I have it. Works great. In boost I'm always around 11.5 AFR.

ya i thought atleast someone would post. i wanted to know how well the black box really corrects for the stock ecu

I know the first batch came with a pre-tune and Joe has been doing some pre-tunes for a small fee. Did you guys have to fine tune your base maps to get them to mesh right with your WOT managment?

No. I'm around 9.5 PSI at WOT with a AFR around 11.5. At partial throttle I usualy boost 5-6 PSI and still have a AFR of around 11.5.

I have both and it is a great setup. The switch over between close to open loop is flawless. Highly recommended product.

I definitely will be getting this hopefull in the next two months or so. Probably be a good idea to finally get a wideband too.

So, you guys didn't touch the pre-tune on the black box? It's dialed in that good?

The coolest thing about the black box is that the ECU stops fighting the emanage tune. Very minor corrections need to be done w/ emanage to get the A/F that you want. Did I mention the changes you make in e-manage stay the same!

A/F is very stable when you go on boost and you don't have to overcompensate with w/ emanage like I had to before. So power stays up all the way till you let go.

Probably not, but that depends on your current tune on your fuel management in the range of 3-4k on the rpm. The crossover point.

from hearing what everyone has been saying it looks like you did your homework joe. ill def be getting the black box when i turbo which hopefully will be june, pending on a certain fishing trip
