Yes a 16G uses the common mitsu TD04 flange. We also could mount a mitsu flange onto our manifolds.

 

Why you putting a 16g on it? The kit comes with an 18g.

well i have two tc's....one i will s/c the other i am making my own stage zero...and everyone with used kits have ___ and broken manifolds....so i wanna look into alternatives while still using the 16g.... and looking at a good price vulcan...wow 700+ just for mani without the wastegate wow...... good looking stuff but not the price

question with your manifold i know ill be able to get the 16g on it and run a stage 0 setup but will the zpi downpipe line up im thinking no because of the 45 degree flange not 90 degree

 

Most likely a different downpipe would not bolt up, it would need to be cut and rewelded to fit properly.

 

do you make downpipes if so id be very interested in a log with dsm flange and downpipe for a 16g

 

we dont make downpipes simply because of the fact there are so many different turbos available on the market that are different on the exhaust housing.
