Im planning on buying my gauges here this week, and im thinking about buying 4....
im thinking about getting boost, afr, exhuast gas temp, and fuel pressure?
are these 4 a good choice or should i substitute with others??

what guages do you guys have hooked up????

 

I have a search gauge, boost gauge, afr gauge and a oil pressure gauge! All AEM!!

 

maybe not the fuel pressure...maybe oil pressure instead...the others are good

I would at the very least get AFR, Boost, and Oil Pressure. All 3 of which I have for sale if ur interested.

defi was my second choice, very nice gauges

 

I usually stick with what works and is affordable. Autometer has been my only gauges except for widebands.

 

I recommend AEM for the UEGO, good, cheap and proven. The others are going to be user preference. We have a lot of AEM gauges in stock, and can offer a package price if you want to get say boost, oil pressure and a UEGO.

 

I run an AEM UEGO wideband and I absolutely love my Stewart Warner Boost/Vac, Exhaust Gas Temp, and Oil Pressure gauges.

 

I was leaning towards AEM tru-boost gague becuase its a boost gauge and boost controller all in one unit.. but i know some people complained about it, can anyone tell me whats the issue with that gauge ?

 

tru boost is a decnt gauge..but its too much for me like


i coulndt buy all 3 AEM gauges either..imagine all 3 gauges with the lil color thing moving back and forth a mile a minute....

the uego is enough for me

so i got 2 analog gauges instead of all 3 aem

Yes it's nice to have.

But definitely get Boost and Wideband first.

I would even get EGT before oil pressure - but that's me.
