Default half shafts/axles

Where can I find a set of stronger half shafts/axles for the tC? Everyone isn't using the stock ones are they? I have looked everywhere and it seems that there aren't any available, or at least none that I have seen... if you could help me out with this that would be great!

I had axles then I edited and made it driveshaft lol... at least you knew what I was inferring. Is this the only company that makes them (custom it seems) ? Seems a tid bit pricey, but I guess you have to pay to play...

i made a suggestion to dezod about making some. we'll see if he does. dyltone ordered some like 2 months ago, and i think he still doesnt have them yet. so hopefully, todd, or paul will help us out in that department sometime soon.

I figured there would be more out there but I guess not... I was asking because I know zpi has broken some and I am sure dezod and other people on here have as well...

I think the snapped axles were all on slicks. If your on street tires, you shouldn't have any issues.

there is always that "what if" theory, plus my goals are to be over 450whp and I want to make sure I don't run into any problems, whether immediate or overtime

i asked paul, at dezod about this today, said unless i was plannin on goin to the track all the time, racing, etc, that the stock ones would hold up even at higher hp #'s, but that eventually it would be a good investment.

Brett is correct, I ordered a set from them over 2 months ago, they are promising this week for delivery though. So much for 10 day turn around.

I got mine more for piece of mind than racing. Everything on my car is built for 650 whp except the transmission and the cams. I'll probably daily drive it right around 400whp though.

what all do you have done? if you want send me a pm about all of it, it would be nice to see what your list looks like compared to the one that I have written out. Are you using a zpi kit I am presuming?

I'm sorry bro, we aren't laughing at you at all, we are laughing with you (if you were laughing). :D

Yeah, it's a long story that we won't go in to here. As far as a list, the one on my car domain is pretty accurate with some stuff left off (LSD, axles, motor mounts, oil cooler, cometic gasket, traction control, two step launch control to name some of them) because I haven't updated my page except that little blurb at the bottom.
