Ok I did a search but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so here is my question:

Which header should I use if I'm going to get the TRD supercharger? Ive heard that there are some fitment issues with several brands because of the scroll, but if I remember correctly the DC header can be used with it.

I appreciate any input/ opinions

 

no header should have a fitment issue with the supercharger unless it is a horrible design. i have the weapon-r header and it fits just fine, it is hard to imagine a header that would touch the supercharger shaft.

the only thing i can think of is having an issue installing a header with the supercharger already on the engine can make the matter alittle more difficult since the supercharger might have to be removed to get header in place and then put back.

I was going to add a header to my s/c but I heard it makes the car sound terrible.

 

with the s/c a 4-1 design sounds like poop but the dc or weapon r 4-2-1 designs sound clean specially the weapon r

 

I've only heard of fitment issues with the Megan Racing header and supercharger. Not everyone has an issue though.
