Well i tried searching and didn't find anything.....anyway im currently running a treadstone kit with the stack adapter tune. which BTW sucks car idles fine 14.7-15.1 but underboost runs rich as hell 10-11.5. i currently bought the AEM FIC and am in the process of hooking it up. can anyone please provide me with a decent base map to work with once i get this up thanks

 

just a thought but if your running their velocity stack (or whatever its called) then a fic tune isnt going to run right untill its tuned for your perticular situation or you ditch the velocity thing. even still it will take the car a little while to adjust to the tune. I would suggest that before you install a tune on the fic that you remove the "stack" for a day or two and go easy on the car. Some will tell you to just disconnect the batt for a few min to clear the ecu of memory, I hate doing that becouse at times the ecu will seem to get cranky on ya and takes a little longer for the ecu to adjust. Thats just personal preference but iv done it both ways and the last method just seems to take a while before the ecu straightens things out.

 

well i really don;t think the stack adapter does much its a piece of tubing that the MAF attaches to. Heres the really sad part when i first ordered the kit, treadstone never sent me that piece and so i cut the injen CAI pipe piece that connects the MAF and ran that and what do you know same results. it produced the same afrs as their stack adapter thats why i don't think it will screw the tuning of the fic
