im ____ed i was supposed to have all this done before next thursday when i go to arizona for a show, and for my friends wedding, ha shot two birds with one bullet.

i can see by the little red bar under your name that you arent a noob. im sure that you have read countless horror stories about zpi, and there customer service. then again there are also many stories of great service from zpi. it took them 6 months to ship me my kit. then again, when my block was installed, it leaked through the rear main seal on my way home to fl. without any coaxing, kenny took it upon himself to set up an appointment to get it fixed at a local dealership. he also paid the $1,000 bill. ive seen the good and bad sides of zpi. its just a roll of the dice. and you rolled snake eyes.

contact Sean or Kenny at ZPI about what is going on with your re-routed dump setup. Im sure they will have you send it back, they will fab a closed dump, and send it back to you free of charge, if you have already paid for it. Try to be civil with them and you will get better results than you will by getting on a web forum and bashing them. You be straight with ZPI and they will be straight with you, I know first hand.

^^took the words right out of my mouth. Just ask the peeps at ZPI first instead of comin over the top with some hatin! stuff happens and not eveyone is perfect...but at least give them the chance first to correct the mistake (which i'm sure they will) before u bash the hell out of their name

afraid to send them anything back? a week ago i sent them my manifold and downpipe, manifold was cracked due to warping (most likely my fault for not checking the bolts) and to have the waste gate re-routed, got it all back today, no charge for the manifold re-work and a very fair charge for the WG re-route, and a 5 day turn around, including shipping both ways. since day one ive had nothing but compliments for ZPI and Kenny.

and like the others said jumping on here and flaming them doesnt solve anything, a simple phone call to ZPI would have answered all your questions and taken care of the problems.

Listen, I think its great you've had a good experience, but that doesn't mean they treat everyone like that lol. I have called them on an every other day basis asking if they have shipped out the intake piping for my 07, and they keep telling me they will get it shipped out tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow....Point is, not everyone is having a great experience like you are, so we appreciate your input and your "good experience" post, but the fact still remains their shipping times are questionable, and their customer service still lacks (I am only making these comments based upon my experience).

i have been in contact with kenny every single day since day one when i ordered my kit.

i made it very clear i wanted the BOV flange, and WG re routed, its not a problem that they messed up,

my problem is that i only have till thursday to get my car done before i go to az, my car is in pieces right now with the clutch/flywheel install and waiting for the turbo.

im pressed on time, and ive been civil, and will continue to be civil with them until i finish this, the first post was just a rant and i wasnt thinking what i was typing, im pressed on time, and cant contact them till monday, unless someone knows how i can contact them before then(PLZZZ PM ME W/ THAT INFO)

bcnu_702 is right.
the customer service seems to be good for some and bad for others. i will go as far as to say most of the people with good customer service are the ones that actually have been to the zpi shop and met the guys.
good luck rrimportracer, u need it

took alittle more than a month, manifold was strait when i put it on, when i took it off it had a major warp. they had to cut the main flange to get it strait again, just re-installed the kit on my 2nd tC tonight, fit like a charm.

Another question, no im not a noob with cars, but this is my first turbo install on my own car

is the waste gate supposed to be connected to the turbo in any way? or just on the manifold and then down?
