you're posting in the wrong section the CEL has nothing to do with your Cai it's because your car doesnt have it's cat anymore i'm surprised it stayed off for 2 days usually its immediatly. if you want it to go away you need to install an antifouler on your 2nd o2 sensor and it will reslove.
also before you come on to a forum you should probably give us all the info i.e. what code you're throwing if you had gone to a local auto store they could read the code and more than likley the codes explaine themselves.
one last thing had you used the search function you would have solved this on your own.

sheesh well my computer is retarded i did click on tc owners it threw me here sorry for the inconvenience mann but thanks for the help i havent been on here but a few times so i cant navigate through here all that great but ya thanks....
Fujita intakes are infamous for throwing a CEL, but the header without a cat and without the antifouler is a guarantee CEL.. but yeah we wont know till we get what kind of code it is throwing

You can pull your battery & wait about 15 minutes then put your batter cables back on. Start your engine let it idle for 5-20 minutes & the CEL should go away if not then it is the HEADER!
