HELPP =(
i have a little problem...
i took my car in to get tuned today,.. and after they tuned it everything seemed fine....
then when i tried boosting in second gear (with my foot pushing slightly hard on the gas pedal) the RPM needle stops at 35k for a second then all of a sudden boost just kicks in outta no where....
and also...
my check engine light comes on after a few times of boosting, and after about 5-10 min of driving with the CEL on the car will die when Idling, or when in neutral ...
can anyone help me with my problem?

check for vacuum leaks, boost leaks etc. if you done that and everything is fine and it still acts dumb take it back and tell them to retune it. and for piggybacks partial throttle sucks. shawn from churches mastered mine and i can partial throttle q=D

so whats the best way to check for leaks??? just let it run and look under the hood? and check all the T connections and wat not?...
and when u say partial throttle u mean pushing Slightly hard on the gas? haha
and one more thing!
how do i get the CEL to stay off? or does it turn on because of Leaks and or a Bad tune?

check all your cuplers if they are on tight. and yes to partial throttle. and to check for codes get a OBII reader, i have a scanguage and it tells me what code i am popping. i'm assuming you turbo'd your car without knowing things?

yeah, I mean i did my research and asked asked help from ppl and their opinions, but Even when an actual problem occurs its hard to Diagnose it when you have never experienced it first hand... but hey its the best way to learn how to fix and diagnose problems for your car (thats just my opinion)

You need to pull the codes (and stop driving the car till you do and find out what is going on). You dont just want to make the light go off... you need to see what the ECU is saying. For example, if it is running too lean, you could be buying a motor if you keep driving it that way.
