With IHE and tires people drag racing every weekend dont see 14's. Hell, the stock SC barely sees 14's

What the? People with a SC can't break into the 14's? I know it doesn't give that much power... but it seems even weaker than i thought.

Broke 14.8 with just an exhaust.

Save the BS flags, as it's on video.

+1 for a turbo though.

And i call BS running 14.9 with your mods. I barely hit 14.9 and i had I/H/E/Pulley/Spipe (2.21 60 foot)

But hey! Stage 0 > S2K!

EDIT*

You gutted the car....i didn't read that part....I had full interior w/ spare...

2.21 60 foot was your problem. Needs to be 2.0 or better.

Not sure where he got that no one has seen 14's. Maybe from me saying the SC barely sees the 14's, meaning high 14s. Who knows.

gut the car?

i find that hard to believe

thats a two second gain on 99.9999999999999% of all the stock tc's out there with the only advantage being at most 6 HP.

are you forgetting some mods too?

Last time I checked, 155 + 40 = 195.

I am sure he can, since most dynos are innacurate to some degree. Same reason why some dyno, then try a different dyno so they can get more hp 155 would be about a 4% loss from the crank... thats quite the amazingly efficient drivetrain!

I talked to dezod already and they said they wouldnt make a stage 0 kit for the tc. They said that it is to unsafe to put a stage 0 kit on the car.

I was F/I for a while w/ a TRD S/C ZPI 9psi Pulley and I loved it... Don't remember what I was hitting in a 1/4 mile though I need to find my track receipts.

I've also seen stock SC dynos only putting down 180hp. Lot's of factors: dyno, sea leve, temperatur, etc.
The real question is can you find a SC dyno at 195 and the stock dyno for the same car without SC on the same dyno? that would be an accurate comparison.
In any event, if you take the lowest stock dyno (140hp) and the highest stock SC dyno (195) that's still only 55hp.
My turbo kit put down 252 at 5psi, and the same kit is putting out WELL over 300 on other cars.
