Default Hodge Podge: Houston style

I wanted to make this thread to show my journey to boost and to make this an informative thread on the simple kit................ssssoooooooooooooooooooooooooo

on with the pics

tt simple kit

pre assembly

intercooler

java this is how i tightened that inner bolt........its the only way i could think of

i used a little wd-40 to get the clamp on but i didnt use it to get the transition coupler on.

the tools i used to get my bov on.......you get more room if you take the front cover off

pics of my gauges

and now the install pics

after a little cleaning up and polishing

ok my very first dyno
ambiant temp:101f
boost: n/a
specs: stock with injen cai, megan mid-pipe, megan s-pipe, injen axle back

my second dyno but with boost
ambiant temp:98f
boost:7psi
specs: Turbo Toyotas simple turbo kit, megan s-pipe, megan mid-pipe with qtp exhoust cutout spliced in(but not open during dyno , stock axle back, stock injectors, Mr. Meaty tune on aem fic, turbo smart single stage mbc (turned off at time of dyno )

first time in the 1/8th mile time slips
ambiant temp:47f
specs: same as second dyno but with 550cc injectors and a slightly tweaked Mr. Meaty map.

last dyno sheet for the simple kit setup (qtp closed, stock axle back, 11psi if i remember correctly)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

new setup

TT tubestyle mani
same turbo
greddy type rz bov
850cc injectors
mishimoto intercooler
2.5" intercooler pipes all around
everything els is pretty much the same

dyno sheet for new setup (850cc injectors, 8-9psi of boost, qtp open)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Evolution Continues

just pulled

little freshening up

install

newest dyno (built bottom end, 20psi, 2.5" dezod exhaust, 3" downpipe, 550cc injectors, dezod return fuel system set to 70psi base pressure)

THE END

What are you talking about jax? Everyone knows Jacksonville Style! is better.

Besides, my car is slower than yours. Too much humidity here in Hawaii/North Korea!
Oh stop java, you're just being modest.
