I noticed tha same on certain tunes while other tunes started right up..........so i have to assume its all in the tune, could be other issues as well but id start with tune if its too annoying.

That's what im working on my ems right now and getting very good improvements.. yes sure is on the tune, the car needs an specific amount of fuel to get it to crank perfect like stock... if your management has those areas to configure eg start primer, cranking enrichment, post start enrichment look into those, if not go check your fuel map maybe you need to add fuel on the cranking area.. look into the ignition map too if it has been altered in someways, it should be 0 at the cracking area of the map so you wouldnt alter stock ecu values when cranking..

my welds look like booty but i was in a rush to get it done.
i didnt even get a chance to do any tunning yesterday but ill try and do something today.
