use crush's method but isnt that bolt have a hex in the middle? which kit is that, i never had problems with mine except one of the bolts on the downpipe

 

our kit doesnt have this issue. the placement of the wastegate flange makes screwing one of the bolts in a litttle difficult, especially when trying not to scratch the pipes.

 

the simple IC, but im sure it will get there with some patience and north korean wisdom

i got a good question for you guys.........

the instructions to my wide band says to place the 02bung atleast 6" down stream of the head, then it goes on to say for f/i applications it should be 8-12"(I think thats what it said) so pretty much i got two choices place it towards the end of my downpipe or put it at the beggining of my s-pipe. What do you guys think.........which is the easyest to install and remove....im leaning toward down pipe.

 

put in two inches behind your secondary 02 sensor. thats how mine is.

wow thats pretty far back, i think ill keep it closer. but its nice to know that it works good for ya that far back. does it take awhile for it to warm up and give better readings?

 

well.. my s pipe came with the bung welded from todd there. and my afrs are always good. everything needs to be warmed up to give a better reading.

 

just make sure you take it to a coaters that wont have oven malfunction/replacements every couple weeks

mine is too, it will make the sensor last longer and even safe for a race gas, i dont have problem with the reading thoughs
