send me your email and ill send it to ya...look at the injector duty cycle, afr, rpm, voltage spike messed with quit a bit. the injector duty cycle went from 70% to 240% and i looked at the fuel trims (fic trims aka fuel map) and of course it wasnt some ungodly value in there it went from -10 to -7. rpms spiked 3 times and followed the injector duty cycle spikes. thats why im thinking its a voltage spike cause i dont think your gonna get 240% duty cycle. after the resisters everything went fairly smoothly. injector duty cycle never spiked again, rpms didnt have any spikes.

 

yes chris durign this spike does the car also break up ? when i had BOTH resistors i was getting break ups around 5800( kinda sounded like soft revlimit) and the logger would show spike in rpms and injector duty cycles...i didnt bother checking other aspects,


my fix was to remove one resistor...cant rememeber which one i beleive i removed the cam resistor, idk i can ask scionfred because he did the same thing im too lazy to check my wiring as i hardwired mine

 

yeah it did without em...thats whats soo weird that some have this issue without em and some get it with em...perhaps how the wireing is done on the newer harness? right now im running with resistors and everything is good just like last time only this harness is a newer one where boomslang put in a resistor on the o2 sensor. right now im running stock with the fic, gonna try and get some stock datalogs and try a few things out. prolly hook up a shift light through the fic in my car this time.

 

Gonna try your special FIC hackamajig? The one you were talking about that would do nothing for the auto. (not gonna give it up unless he wants me to say what it is)

btw yev this mod is using the fic to run the shift light...i thought hydra already has this built in? I bet you could configure it to run a shift light...all you need is a 12v switched output from your hydra that is rpm dependent

 

hey chris try out the knock sensor thingy but use a diode on the wire cuz itll put you in lip mode if you dont

need a little help guys, I need some t-bolt clamps for 2.5" couplers and 2.5" couplers. Anyone got some spares laying around?

also maybe a couple of 2" couplers and clamps, 4" to 3" transition, 2.5" to 2" silicone 90.

 

i ordered 20 tbolt clamps chris and wont need all but 12 i think so what ever is left is send your way
