greddy turbo kit here at 10psi with the TRD/Quaife LSD and clutch and flywheel.

I feel a significant difference with the LSD. The car is holding up well after about 10 months with the turbo. I think its all about your driving habits. I tend to drive under boost a lot so no issues with anything yet.

I have the phantom Grip LSD sitting in my closet and waiting to be installed. I have heard nothing but good things with the LSD's on the tC.

That's what made me want to get one.

 

The TRD LSD just showed up, the Competition Clutch stage 4 and light flywheel was waiting for this to come in. Running the Dezod T.E.A on 7.5 psi, should have some news in the near future.

 

Had my LSD in for awhile now, with my stage 4 clutchmasters 4 puck clutch and fidanza flywheel. Really got to test it out at the track and in the snow. The car should come from the factory with one. It's night and day, driving with it and without it. I love mine. dropped my track times down alot

 

It's on my list of things to buy after I rob a bank. Hey how much did anyone pay to install it?

I would like to know the same ....but I think the answer is deff ....yes. Between the lsd and the install kit ...you looking a bit over $1200

yeah, your looking about $600 for install. You will want NEW barrings to be used when you install the LSD, so make sure you get them from Toyota or somwhere else.

 

Hmmm lsd would be sick on my car. esp with boost.

 

Should you have to pay extra for a clutch install if you get the LSD since they are in the same area? I would assume ...a few bucks ...but it shouldnt be bad.

 

This type of thing depends on the shop. in most cases they will charge you by the hour. Typicaly they should give you a bit of a break since they will already be down there.

 

I want to turbo back and so far from watching the boards daily driven FI tCs dont do to bad. I dont think I would run above 8 psi, but then again there is the boost demon that tells you to keep turning it up. Just still not sure if I want to put up all thyat money to turbo my tC. Ugh, Im torn.

I just got my LSD in the mail the other day, waiting for the clutch/flywheel to come in. I haven't boosted yet, prepping the car for it. Getting big brakes soon as well! Gotta stop 400whp somehow you know!
