Default How to turn up boost on the superchargers?

Besides switching out the pulleys is there a way to turn up boost on the supercharger? Now the hp i know header and exhaust and stuff but the sc it self is there a way to get the boost up, people are saying how the sc is capable of 19 psi boost, thats cool but how do you access it?

Ic and a turbo is pretty much just limited to turbos possibility, hm k then the next question is how high can you run the boost on the trd sc, as in is it possible to make pulleys small enough/lite enough to run higher then 10 psi boost? if not, then is it possible to achieve 300 whp with the sc as fi or do you need to go turbo?

Supposedly the vortech blower is good for 19psi (roughly 450hp). Obviously you'd need to build up the internals & tune it to handle that kind of boost, but it is possible with the trd setup.

Bigger CRANK Pulley, despite everybodies fears of the crank pulley theory, 13psi can be had with larger Crank Pulley. If I had the S/C I would def. do a crank pulley and blower pulley.

yea, truthfully, the only way to get more psi out of this blower is gonna be w/ an extremely oversized crank pulley and a tiny a$$ blower pulley...its not like a turbo where you can just hook up a boost controller and crank it up to whatever you desire. Im happy w/ the performance right now w/ the supercharger, its not a fast car but its quick...Im gonna do the boost pulley and see how I feel about it until Munch starts beating me up about gettin the crank pulley also

is there a way to calculate the increase of boost to to the increase/decrease in pulley size? (depending which one you do)

if this is what your asking it is every 1/8" of size you go down on the pulley you will get 1-2 lbs of boost

i was told...

1/8" off the radius or diameter?
i heard something similar, 10mm for approx 2 maybe 2.5 psi.
I take that increasing the drive pulley or decreasing the sc pulley by the same amount would have the same effect??
ie increase drive by 10mm dia = +2 psi
is the same as
decrease sc pulley by 10mm dia = +2psi

yes, yes it is its murder trying to search thru the memberslist!

anyways, what advice can you give on the diameter of the pulley Vs boost increase etc etc on the following statement

Im not 100% sure about this but I think that it is very close to being equivalent...not exactly the same but pretty close
