Default Hp estimates

Ok, my plan is to go with the trd Supercharger for now (its just easier)but i wanted to run the 9.5 psi pulley from NST, MMW header and s-pipe-Megan Exhaust, and get an HKS intake(this fits s/c correct?)

this will be on an auto tranny, but i was expecting near 200 whp, is that accurate for an auto

HKS Makes an Intake for the tC I didn't even know HKS even made intakes, let alone one for the tC.

Yes its a suction kit, just replaces the air box and goes into the fenderwell.

But answer to the question is yes, you should be at 200whp, if not I would sell the car and get a manual...

In that case, I would save the money and just modify that Injen Intake he has listed in his sig, so that it would work with the S/C. Someone has a modded K&N intake. Don't see why you couldn't do the same for the Injen one.

possibly but you will be cutting it close...you may hit like 197-199whp possibly 200. im not sure about the hks intake as ive only seen it installed on one tC.

one member is at 170whp with alphawerks header, greddy axle back, and draxas spipe. so if you add the 9.5 pully it maybe possible.

SuperStreet or Modified Mag dyno tested it on a S/C tC and it showed 5whp gain. Its a little but it helps, I guess...

i would love to trade it for a manual, but i cant....i had a back injury my 9th grade year, so i'm stuck to auto's b/c of clutch engagementy problems(blew one clutch and a trannsmission in like 6 months)

i'd be ok with around 190-200, as i know it varies between enginges, dynos, and days.....

i'll look at modifying the injen before i get into the HKS....i read the HKs fits to the supercharger directly, got that from Sup Street mag, they did the install

thanks for the help guys

That looks EXACLTY like the K&N intake setup I seen someone have on their TRD S/C. I'm willing to bet, that the flex tube coming off the TB is the key piece. If you can cop that, then you can make your Injen Intake work with the S/C as well.
