no kidding, you pasted that almost word for word mioke6789. It is a basic, elementary explanation of a closed loop controller. Dont try to act like the local know all.. cause most of us have read many of your other threads showing otherwise, not to mention you just pasted a definition straight from the website you went to a looked it up on when he questioned you. You are now running your mouth like you actually know what you are talking about. Sorry to burst your bubble, but half of my degree is in control systems engineering, so I recognize a straight copy of a textbook definition when I see one, and that one was easy to spot. I dont reccomend writing any papers that way anytime soon.. may want to work on your re-wording

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Control_theory

To avoid the problems of the open-loop controller, control theory introduces feedback. A closed-loop controller uses feedback to control states or outputs of a dynamical system. Its name comes from the information path in the system: process inputs (e.g. voltage applied to a motor) have an effect on the process outputs (e.g. velocity or position of the motor), which is measured with sensors and processed by the controller; the result (the control signal) is used as input to the process, closing the loop.

One great example "Flywheels, do automatic trannys have them? "

Now, I would normally never bash anyone for not knowing something.. but when you come out here acting like a know all and bashing people... well you walked right into this one.

Technically there can be more. If you tune with a pressure sensor, there is another map.

I won't claim to know all there is about tuning - or quite frankly, i'd be working in the industry I love. But this guy just takes the cake.

I had a dream I blow up my engine, and this morning when I was driving on the highway and my engine shut off. I had to the radio and stuff. I got the car to side. I try to turn back on twice and it stay on for not even second. then I check the engine and did see anything wrong. on the 3rd or the 4th time it turn back on. Did this happen to anyone? I might just copy and paste to start another thread.
