We have more options with HKS. It gives people the ability to recirculate if they'd like to. We also stock these on a regular basis so turn-time is a lot less of an issue.

Thanks for the quick response Joe. Is it still possible to opt for the Tial BOV? I know running a VTA BOV on a stock MAF causes some issues, but is it really that bad? Thanks for the info!

Yes you can still opt for it if you'd like. I am actually getting rid of my blue Tial to switch to the HKS so if you'd like to get a little discount on the kit I'm selling my BOV for $160. The car is a show car so beleive me the thing still looks like it just came out of the box. I actually polish the anodized housing before shows haha.

LOL thanks for the offer man but it would just collect dust in my room for a very long time. So now are you guys offering a recirculating BOV option for the HKS? I'm interested to see if this helps your car run better...

We're experimenting with a lot of things right now.

As for recirc... Our kits will still ship VTA. But the option is there. I will be setting mine up to recirculate to see the differences with everything. I'm expecting things to go pretty well so you may see the recirc come either standed or as a reccommended option down the road. Time and testing will tell.

We're also working on a totally new an unique fuel system that modifies signals beyond your wildest dreams haha. We'll be the first to sell a kit that can modify open AND closed loop fuel curves on any tC without needing to switch to a stand-alone ems.

PROS: stand-alone type tune without cold-start hassle
MUCH improved reliability
cost-effective
CONS: You can't brag to your friends that you have a stand-alone, but you can offer to take them out to eat with the money you saved haha...

But yes we're doing MUCH more than this and it will surface over the next month. With the S2 rollout, the new engine management, and a couple other nice surprises.

Should be a good year for us all

Awesome man, I can't wait to see what you have in store, especially that new EMS. So would it completely rid the problems with the stock ECU attemtping to relearn?

Oh and if you ever happen to be in Chicago or Michigan, let me know cause I'd love to meet up with you and check out your ride. I'm sure the pics don't do it justice!
