i was at a car show this weekend and we was at a 1/4 mile track and i decided to run my car.... i was kinda dissapointed.. the best time i could get out of it was a 15.706 with a .035 reaction time... and i hooked up too.... im not sure if this is normal.. my list of mods as of now is supercharger and intake thats it... is this about right?
something is terribly wrong. You gained 50HP and are running slower than stock. You should be around the 14.7-14.9 mark. Work on your driving. Are you running out to redline like you should be in each gear?
the mags tested them at about 15.1 stock supercharged. not shabby but if that was your first time at the track then dont expect to run 15 your first time there . go back and a few weeks you will have it down .
Stock tC's should and could run 15.1 with a good driver. So, a S/C'ed tC should be in the high 14's with just the S/C'er only on it (which is basically what the OP has). Sucks for the price you pay for it, but that's what they run.

im just fine at driving the car... i had mazdaspeed 3 and ran a 13.80 stock.. 60 was 2.5 it is a 5 speed.... i have been using oil and there is no leaks no where
maybe your launch in hurting your time(s). I was able to get down to a 14.7. Car is getting tuned with my AEM fi/c + trd intake and I should have it back monday. Ill be visting the track again shortly after.

i dont think my launch was fine. i think its something wrong... i mean h22 preludes on a 50 punch with just intake are beating me... i can drive just fine. i let 5 other people drive the car at the track and they never got any where near my time...i launched at 2k rpm and didnt spin much to top of gear when i was about the change to second and didnt spin in second.. idk
aww yes the oil consumption problem.. Let me guess you go threw 3-5 qts. of oil (if you hit boost alot) per oil change and you have like no power, yet your compression is perfect if not better.
Find an answer let me know lol
I have a engine sitting on a stand with that same problem..
