Injector trouble.
ok so i had a leak on one of the injectors that brett installed.. so i unscrewed the rail and i was looking at the injectors. are there supposed to be anything on the gold tips of the injectors? and how do i kno if there in the holes they are supposed to go to? do they snap in or something?
also if i disconnect the AEM FIC does the basemap i loaded come off aswell?like go back to stock tune.

arite so i fixed the leak.. but i turn the engine on and it smells of fuel or oil or something but i cant spot any leaks..
i have no exhaust on.. its just the downpipe right now.
it gets hot in idle inside the engine bay is that suppose to happen?

ya i had to get it towed to japtrix/hp logic. the fuel injector kept leaking so idk what was going on. the o ring was messed up but i replaced it and then the one injector was just a biatch to get in but i got it in and tightened it but still leaked... the car will be complete thursday afternoon with tune and such. im gonna try and keep it at around 235 whp and whatever torque numbers comes with it.
250 = tranny slippage...
stupid auto tranny.. im advised not to pass 240 whp but browndogg made 237 whp and 285 wtq on his auto at 8 lbs i think but not 100% sure .. i think that would be enough to beat a stock evo or atleast hang with it
