hey guy what is the most power i can get out of 440cc injectors im planing on boost thing this weekend and im just curious im thinking about getting 550cc but damn money is kinda low so just out of curiosity how much has anyone boosted with 440cc

 

I don't think you'll get asingle answer. Best way to check is have your tuner run up the boost and when it starts hitting 80-90% injector duty cycle that's pretty much the limit for your setup.

 

ohh ok kool so there is no single threshold just basically all up to the complete setup u have under the hood

 

As stated already there is no single correct answer but fwiw I'm running 6 psi and ~260 bhp with 440cc inj's at <90% IDC. Also, the Greddy kit uses 440cc inj's to make 260 bhp. YMMV so maybe start off at 4-5 psi to be safe and tune from there.

ive said this before, but i wouldnt push them past 250. you need to have buffer room, dont max them out, you will be sorry in the long run

 

so then by adding a turbo i def should upgrade the injectors

440cc = 250 bhp max
550cc = 300 bhp max
630cc = 350 bhp max
750cc = 425 bhp max

The above bhp estimates are based on BSFC of .60, rail pressure of 43.5 psi and <90% IDC.

 

i have a sset of 630 cc injectors that are used for $100.00 i wanted a smaller scale to reduce power, but, if your interested PM me.
