Injectors and other Q's?
so some of you have seen some of my posts asking about boost, if i boost around 7-8 psi would i need to change the injectors and after install how soon should i get it tuned?
im trying to buy the parts slowly but what Fuel management system should i go with thats affordable? the AEM or Greddy?
so far parts im sure i need are
Turbo snail hopeffully with hoses for oil
manifold
piping and FMIC
oil cooler?
wastgate
boost controller?
^^I think i shoulds stick with a manual one since i hear some electronic ones go bad and cause an overboost?

1.) I wouldn't boost 7-8 psi without bigger injectors and a fuel management computer.
2.) Lots of people prefer the AEM F/IC over the Greddy - to each his own. I would go with whichever your tuner is more familiar with. And you should have it tuned right away. No sense in destroying your motor after investing so much money into it by being lazy or frugal.
3.) An oil cooler isn't needed - but it's definitely nice to have, to keep your oil temps at a nice level, helping to prevent breakdown for excessive heat. (This may be my next mod)
4.) You may/may not need a boost controller depending on your wastegate spring. If you already have a 7 or 8psi spring and that's the psi you want to run, there's really no need for a boost controller.
5.) What you heard about electronic boost controllers is not true. While it's true that the solenoid can go bad, it has nothing to do with overboost. Any turbo system can overboost on any type of boost controller.
