Default Innovative turbos

I was just wondering how good these turbos are quality, performance wise, ect. i saw you can choose this one on dezod's signature turbo system.
How does an innovative turbo compare to a turbonetics turbo w/ the same specs and which turbo is better?
thanks guys

no first hand experience with innovative here, but just ask Paul. He'll give you a serious no BS answer.

I run an Innovative on my personal car, if that answeres your question. (GT61 non-BB) It is very comparable in build quality and such.

I like them better, but that is my experience.

Life span depends heavily on the abuse of it. If you treat it well and are on top of maintence, you can see 40K-80K.

wow, i never knew the lifespan of a turbo was so low. so what does "on top of maintainance" mean beside keeping up with oil changes? i assume treat it well means proper heat up and cool down.

Yeah basically don't beat the ____ out of it... lol

I'm putting an innovative 54 trim on my custom Dezod kit... so yeah I should be able to give a solid review here shortly..

It may last longer, but mostly referring to not beating on it constantly, proper warm-ups and cool downs, oil changes, synthetic oil with proper weight etc.

40K is a little low unless your driving the turbo very hard, but yeah. A turbo on a car that is getting kicked in the gut a few times a day usually never lasts past 80K miles without a rebuild. I have heard good things about them and would not be afraid to run them myself.

Well they just adjusted the pricing on the 01/01/07, which we do not have yet AND we are a WD, so that is the perk of buying through a dealer.

Hee hee

We've worked out a nice running deal for the Scion community to keep the pricing on these turbos down to an AWESOME level exclusively through us!
