I DO agree with Todd that all of the cheap stuff ends up the same way. I am in no way saying that our intercooler is cheap by any means. We have tested this core material on some serious high HP apps and it has shown minimal pressure loss. So I do not even feel that that is the issue with yours D.

I feel the issue lies in the tuning on your end.
