intercooler on s/c w/ 9lb pulley. good or bad idea?
i was wondering if i would be able to intercool my s/c tc. if so would i get anything out of it other than the looks? im new to the FI scene so im just trying to learn. any info will definitely help
don't ask me why, people just don't think it is efficient or cost effective to intercool our tc superchargers which doesn't make sense to me becaue every supercharged car i see supercharged and intercooled.
most s/c'ed tc's add water/meth injection. so not to say you can't intercool your tc, i just can't think of anybody who has done it.

It is possible to Intercool your Supercharger on a tC.

anyway, i don't think you get much of a gain from from the intercooler itself. but you can increase the boost more safetly.

A FMIC doesn't work very well because of the amount of piping required and because of the TRD SC design. A small top mount with minimal piping would probably yield some good gains though. And boost levels upward of 10psi would likely see some nice gains.
