fly wheel is up to you...its not a have to thing but it will help rev quicker (light flywheel)...either way stock or light flywheel.
got ya.. well i'll let you know then when i'll be going there and if going to WA state is towards houston then we'll ride in a 2 car convoy, lol
Well harsch , how much ? like have to push with 2 feet ? lol.. obviously anyone will prefer lighter pedal. so sprung will have better feel , but will it perform same as unsprung ? if unsprung has more wear on tranny means it will brake faster ? |
really cant say bro iv never owned one....i think travis runs an unsprung...not sure though
unsprung that travis has is a twin clutch that is a different story i've heard, single unsprung dont last that long and bad for street use
i didnt think trav got the twin disk yet....btw wher has he been...lol
i gues sprung it is then...
whats the difference between 6 or 4 pad ? |
You definitely want a sprung clutch for daily driving. With an unsprung clutch, you'd have to practically launch the car everytime.
i found a CC stage 5 clutch 4 puck for excellent price, just have to find out if its sprung or unsprung..
whats the difference between 6 and 4 puck ? |
6 puck is more forgiving than 4 puck. It's a little bit more streetable. Both will do fine on the streets though.
Thanks.
Ok guys purchased a core today for $575 and it was shipped off to ERL. From ERL i will have "street" block built. with Wiseco 9.0:1 pistons, K1 rods, stock sleeves, ACL bearings etc. Block should be at ERL by the end of next week 2 weeks to build it and another week for me to get it back. Hopefully by mid june i should have it installed. |
sweet...looking forward to your build mang
pretty darn cheap core. I've spent the last two days doing a 2az to 2az motor swap on my friends tc. Its not too bad of a job with the right tools!
Yup me too... but i gotta say its pricey.. with everything includoing the tune.
if you dont mind me asking how much is the just the built block costing you core included.
whays better JE or Wiseco pistons ?
another question: what the max limit on 550 cc injectors znd dezod spec T3/T4 turbo as far as WHP ? |
Not sure on the injectors but dezods says the turbos good for 450
