Why a water-to-air IC? The TRD S/C doesn't even have an IC so I'd be interested on how you'll hook this up. Water-to air is typically only used in racing applications since it's hard to keep a supply of cold water. With a recirculating design, the water heats up after going through the IC, even with the seperate radiator, so with each pass the water gets warmer and warmer until it is less efficient than FMIC air to air designs (water holds heat better than air). On a drag strip, the water only needs to stay cold for 10-15 seconds, then gets changed out with new icewater for the next run. If you're going to drive this thing off the track, condsider the following alternatives:
water / methanol injection - sprays a water / meth mixture after the supercharger. This has the double effect of chemically cooling the air as it evaporates and acts as an octane booster to stave off detonation. AEM, Perrin, and Snow performance. 1 gallon should last a tank of gas and windshield washer fluid can be used if it's 49% methanol.
FMIC chiller bar - passes compressed gas through metal coils in front of the FMIC, can be CO2, Nitrogen or Nitrous. Not recommended for long term driving as it depletes the bottle quickly.
Cry02 chill bulb - drops a bulb circulating compressed CO2 into the air stream to decrease charge temps. Again, needs the bottle refilled to stay working.

Well Dan Gardner is running 700cc injectors on our standalone with 11 PSI on the S/C. They maxxed out the 550ccs we provided on the 1st set of tuning dyno runs.
The local fella I tuned on his S/C at 10.5 PSI, we maxed out his 550ccs at 5500 rpms. I could not even get enough fuel to get the car to run right when it built the 10th lb of boost. We where running some serious duty cycle there too. So we switched him to 700ccs.

How much did it take to get the 14 PSI pulley made

Ordering the Injector package including 880 injectors and resistor box with clips, AEM FIC with pnp harness walbro 255 pump. Frozen boost air to water intercooler..
And a couple hours of paul puilling his hair out

Hopefully ill be around 350 WHP!
