check the claasified section yeah you can run 440 until you want to step up to more power then you will want to get larger injectors.

You want to start off low so 6-8 psi and get use to how your car feels on low boost. With a decent calibration and decent exhaust you can get good numbers with low boost.

If you're running stock injectors run 5 or 6 psi.

Stock injectors are 372cc so if you have 440cc then you may be okay with 7 psi. I would just keep it safe an run 5 or 6 even with those. Take it to a tuner and let them suggest what level of boost is better. You don't want to max out your fuel injectors.

ya get the fic and harness so you can have it tuned at part throttle and the harness do you dont have to cut the wires. some of the units only can be tuned with WOT (gas pressed all the way down) and that is not your ideal situation

Just remember that the Dezod kit comes with 550cc injectors and a base 8.7 psi for the manual, same injectors for the auto as well on 5 psi. So that just gives you a little figure to go by, the auto sucks down more fuel as well.

So when you get tuned if you have the 440cc injectors ask the tuner about the cost of a retune if something is added later. Some offer that for free some charge like $100, it just varies on the shop and tuner. At some point you're going to want to up the boost which just isn't ideal for smaller injectors. So just ask about a retune because you'll want to get those 650cc injectors so you can run @ ~9 and 10psi without any problems.

As for now keep it conservative and learn how to drive with that additional torque and hp after you get your tune and if you're not satisfied, which isn't likely, you can up it later. Remember tC's put down 240whp @ 5psi on an auto....

I agree that you should be running higher then 440's but 5-6lbs would not be an issue. As long as your duty cycle isnt higher then 85% things should be fine. Take it to get tuned and your tuner can tell you what the cycle is

Sweet! Another mass resident with a tc who's going turbo Where are you going to get it tuned? After I buy my kit I'm not sure where I'm going to get it tuned. What places in Ma do you know of or recomend?

Paul or Don where do you suggest for tuning in or around Atlanta, GA, Auburn, AL and Charlotte, NC? All places I frequently visit.
