That is AWESOME! Made my day.

The mug shot my still be up in their system for a little while. I know someone who it took a couple days after bail that the mug shot was taken down and it took 4 months before it to be found a big mistake.

BTW, for those that don't or didn't he works at http://www.northstarautogroup.com

the only criminal charge is credit card fraud, all the other charges were left for a civil trial

Oh good, I got a credit card fraud story for them. I got my money back but not from him, I just so happened to have a great card company.lol I'm sure they'll be interested in going after him too.

no but they do print arrests in the news paper...prolly wont have pics. so he was found in harris county? David i remember when he was working for you he was living in the tomball area off of 249.

he is a slippery salesman, but for once he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and this is a criminal deal, not some civil thing
