The mug shot my still be up in their system for a little while. I know someone who it took a couple days after bail that the mug shot was taken down and it took 4 months before it to be found a big mistake.

the only criminal charge is credit card fraud, all the other charges were left for a civil trial

 

Oh good, I got a credit card fraud story for them. I got my money back but not from him, I just so happened to have a great card company.lol I'm sure they'll be interested in going after him too.

 

actually, we should be thanking you. he screwed over a whole lot people on this forum. if you had not have worked to get a case against him, who knows if he ever would have had to face the music. so thank you very very much david.
