well i got another option my friend has had his turbonetics turbo for only 2-3 months and is selling it and i can get it for 1,200 but there was oil in the pipeing when i looked at it he said it has been rebuilt..i was thinking of buying everything besides the turbo its self and buy a brand new turbo for it then AEM F/IC ... should i get the turbo rebuilt or just buy a new 1?

or i can get the whole kit for 1,100 and turbonetics can rebuilt the turbo for 250.....

theres a point where repairing is more expensive than buying a new one. If the housings are damaged from compressor/turbine wheels rubbing due to shot bearings may as well buy a new turbo.

lol ive never missed a payment on anything either im just only 19 lol..... well i talked to the kid and he said it smoked a few times and when i looked in the pipeing earlyer i seen a little oil.....he said it still worked perfect...so prolly just needs to be resealed?

prolly, id go ahead and plan for the worst though and look into other turbo's...you dont have to go with turbonectics turbo, ther are others out there that are cheaper.

ive been looking around and cant really find anything that cheap im just going to offer him 1,000 for it and send it to turbonetics and have it inspected and rebuilt he said he drove around untuned etc......im going to go that route 4 now but i cant install it for a good few months gotta save up for AEM F/ic...injectors....and gauge's...and the tune and there is a good shop called titan motorsports that does tuneing for 350 has a really good rep around here

also new clutch im still at stock clutch at 30k...i got my 9.5lb flywheel already....should i go 12lb? or stay 9.5

yep, sorry...i can weld one for ya though....not sure what fittings you have though...you could send me your oil pan and return line and i could find the fitting you need and weld it on...just an option
