yea just went and took that fitting off put new teflon tape on it and tighten it down more then it was before was only 2 -3 turns in now its about 5 and i deffinatly notice a difference before when i rev'ed it would barly make it over 40 but now it makes it to 60 easy more.... thanks guys

yea onc ethe oil gets hot my oil press stays between 10-0

dunno what should my oil pressure be at cruiseing and were should it be in boost

in cruiseing its at 40.... in half throttle boost its around 50

 

idle= 9-10psi (hot engine)
cruise=40-50psi (hot engine) not 100% sure, its been a while..lol
boost=50psi (hot engine)(roughly, kinda depends on rpm's just try not to go over 60psi as a safety measure)

 

my oil pressure has been in the 70's before

 

nice....I only say 60psi as a safety thing, if you follow it you should ensure the longevity of the turbo seals. im sure most standard bearing turbo's (not bb) can handle much more but why take a chance.

 

ive got the same gauge's as carbon he said 4-6 psi oil is normal at idle being hot........ i check my oil everyday clean and full... check the top of the motor and is wet with oil so seem's to be fine...... just can anyone get my boi a tune for the fic with a 3 inch exhaust i juss got my ___ kicked putting the p-tuning exhaust on his car.. and dont rele feel like putting his old exhaust back on tomorrow

and there is no exhaust leak.. i checked every single v clamp

yep its all included...its fairly simple

 

For sure man. Just be aware of your oil pressure. I really wish I had my gauge install pre-turbo so I knew how my car behaved. As long as you're using something thicker than 5w30, I think you will be good. RP 10w30 will be fine. If I ever go turbo again I'm going to use 10w40 in the summer because of the heat.

4-6psi at idle should be fine AS LONG AS YOU NEVER DIP BELOW 4-6!!! You don't want the same thing that happen to me happen to you. Ask my motor that is sitting in my garage right now. lol

 

yea.. plus my gauge isint as accurate as the arm gauge's my friends always says like 14 at idle

 

using 10W40 right now! nothing noticeable happens, oil pressure is just few psi higher when warm
