It has been said before, if you are asking these kinds of questions, you shouldn't be going F/I. If you have done all your research on the turbo systems and what is safe for our cars, you wouldn't need to ask this question. The search button is your friend.

There are so many other factors involved in running a turbo "without any problem" than just the boost you run. Firstly... have it installed properly. Secondly, have it tuned properly by someone that knows what they are doing. Thirdly, have all the necessary "extras" to help prevent issues. And still... even at that point, at low boost, you can still have problems.
Also, things vary from kit to kit, from what other things you've done to your car, to your driving style, and what exactly you mean by without any problem.
Adding a turbo to your car makes it necessary to have a much more hands-on relationship with your tC day to day than a stock tC.
By searching, you will find that there aren't too too many of us auto owners running turbo at excessive limits. One guy had his transmission slipping when he was running around 15 (? I think) psi. I've had mine up around 12 psi, and occasionally felt the tranny slipping there. I now have it around 8 psi, and the car runs fine.
