Well i never gave any updates since there wasnt a whole lot of intrest in the thread but for anyone that is intrested here are some final pics of the rebuild. Got it done just in time for HIN Dallas 9/22/12. Motor is broken in at this point and currently running on 25psi on a street tune. Not sure what kinda power numbers though as i havent hit a dyno yet but when i finally do hit a dyno ill let ya know. Enjoy the pics.

Running a ACT single disk 6 puck Heavy Duty Clutch.... and its berly holding at that boost level lol. If im gonna contine running this boost level i may just need to make the jump for a twin disk or turn down the boost a little. Not sure when ill be getting dynoed. Short on money and closest dyno i know of is 6hrs away.
I would love to make a trip to dallas but right now im short on funds and got a lot of bills coming in. Need to focus more on getting in more work and making some money before i go out of town again so right now i just wont be able to make it. Next time i make plans to hit up the DFW area ill let you know something though man

Hope my trans doesn't have issues when I put this much boost on her in the near future, cause I don't feel like pulling it out and then the LSD, rebuilding/replacing the trans...etc.

I havent had any issues yet but that is the one thing im worried about. Ive got a spare tranny just incase but i just really hope the tranny in it now will hold up. If it blows then i may just turn down the boost a little on the next one.
Car is looking good, would be nice to see some numbers though. Next time you make it to Dallas let me know as well as I might be able to meet up with you or something. I also have my car up there at a shop being put together with a similar setup to yours. Fully built motor, some head work done, turbo, etc. Just waiting on more parts, you know how that goes. Never ending process. LOL
