So this event you are talking about is held only at the 1/8th mile? What 1/8th mile times are you running Rich?
it doesnt matter what times he is running. He is going to race, there.
it's not an internet race.

It is easier to sit at home and post videos up here, you are right. You don't exceed unless u get off ur azz though. But if you are truly into racing then travel is a big part.
Times posted on this forum doesnt bring home memories and trophies.
so odviously Darnell (Munch) doesnt care to post videos or timeslips here. He is not part of the internet racing crowd. He is part of the real racing crowd. Doesnt feel he has to prove anything on here.

You can't be the best sitting at home posting timeslips. You have to get out there. Heck ive been racing every weekend @ different venues for, crap i don't know... the past several weekends. Virginia Motorsports park for an auto-cross 2 weekends ago, Langley VA for an auto-cross last weekend, Manassass Old Dominion raceway this Wed. (1/8th mile), Maryland international raceway this Friday (1/4 mile), Bethesda Md. for an autocross this Sunday, Summit Point Raceway West VA for a time attack on the 29-30th, and the next weekend is the drag challenge in NJ, then the next weekend is the time attack @VIR, and in November im doing the 3 day time attack @ Laguna Seca, California.
The funny thing is, i go to all these events, and i hardly see any Scions, just my close friends. You can't prove anything sitting at home posting on forums GET OUT AND RACE

You wouldnt believe us if we told you. Unless we post 3 time slips that are all the same (you dont like one hit wonders) and have 7 street racing videos to back it.

I've never claimed to be faster or be able to drive better then anyone. I'm the first one to laugh at my skills or knowledge of cars ask anyone that knows me. If I had a friend drive my car in say something like the shootout I wouldn't tell everyone that my car went 2nd or 3rd fastest cuz it wouldn't really count cuz I didn't drive it. I also never said you weren't a good driver but you may have a friend that's better at driving your car. I don't need to make any excuses about losing cuz like I said I'm the first to laugh at my skills (mainly cuz I'm my own biggest critic). And if I beat you I don't need to talk **** unless I know you and just busting your *****. I love though all you can do is talk about everything is "kid ****".

BTW, I hope your tuner don't screw your car up and I mean that in all sincerity. Drive only a few hours or less to someone that will give a crap like Perry at Rippmods.

you say that like it means something. if anything that gives you the advantage of higher compression. on the same boost, you would make more power than a low compression built motor.

I was just asking a question... So, you mean to tell me that You, Munch, and whoever else has been traveling all over besides your local NJ track? What other tracks are you hitting up that requires you to travel the same amount of distance say from FL to NJ, cause I have never seen any of you in this neck of the woods except for you blownxA nearly 2 years ago at the ZPI ShootOut. So, traveling is a big part, where else is Munch hitting up the competition? Where else are you hitting up the competition?

Ok, you answered my question. However, it won't be the Scion you see me in. I intend to do the same in the Z. It's stock at the moment, so I'm not going out in stock form unless its to a Drift event. Time Attack, I'm going to wait till I get a few more goodies (suspension wise) before hitting up the rest of my goals.

7? Count again perhaps. And they are not all of street racing. Went to the track last weekend as a matter of fact. Can't record video and drive at the same time until I get one of these....
http://chasecam.com/store/customer/p...cat=248&page=1

Plan on picking one of those up real soon.

However, you are right, I don't like 1 hit wonders. But that's no reason to dodge the question. If I asked, then I asked. If you don't want to answer, then just say you prefer not to answer...pretty simple.

He was the fastest All motor there. Can't say fastest All motor period at the time, cause the world is bigger than SL. But during the event that day, he was the fastest all motor there.

Most large and national events if you look them up are located in the mid east coast, and the west coast. I dont know if u realized that.

yes that is true, that's what i have been saying. On the flip side though, u can't claim ur the best unles u beat the best, in competition. You can say ur faster than an Olympic champion, nobody cares. The only way to claim that is to prove it in competition.
