Its unfortunate the tC doesn't come stock with LSD like the Si does. They should have it standard imo with such short gears.

well that sucks there wasn't much improvement over the zpi stage 1. I guess there is such a thing as too much power (if you can't control it). But either way we all know that if theres anyone to do it its you. GL

there is plenty of improvement over the zpi kit. i got the same time, with a much worse 60' and letting off at the end. that, and the obvious fact that it made much more power on the same dyno. all i can say is if you want to put this much power into a car, make sure that you can get it to the ground.

Wow man,

Just started reading this thread last night...and huge congrats so far.

Todd makes some awsome ____, and im glad to see its getting the attention it deserves. I completely agree your 60' is whats absoluteley killing you.

In my turbo xA at 10lbs of boost, my 60' are about a 2.5 w/ street tires. Realisticly, for evry 1 tenth you take off ur 60', your gaining 2tenths off your 1/4...

shoot for a 2.0-1.70 and you will have 11's no doubt. Just need to slip the clutch and dont dump, aspecially on a open diff.

i know what you mean about sliping the clutch. unfortunetly, its a stage 5. you cant really slip it. it either grabs, or it doesnt. im gonna see if i can go back tomorow night and run more air in the slicks, so that they dont grab as hard on the launch. if they spin enough to let my rpms come up, then they will grip as they are spinning, and my launch will be alot better.

lol...i didnt notice you had an on-off switch for a clutch!

I def. missed that whole potion of stage 5 conversation, so yea, that makes sense.

Are you running a two step for your launch control or are you just holding the rpms and comming out of the hole?

If your not using a 2step controller, you may want to look into one. It would take a little more vaccum out commin off the line and kinda preboost if you follow. that may help a lot too!

Works awsome in my friends supra.

I could say you could easily dip to the low 12's and might even see a high 11 if the parts start rollin' in for you and some tuning at the track as far as tire psi and launch rpm and really just getting used to the car at the track. Awesome work though for not a whole lot of track prep (that's not mean't to be a diss). Lots of potential!!!!

looks like the diff isnt the only thing that couldnt handle the torque. i just checked under the hood to find a very severly twisted etd bracket. looks like i need some mounts now too. my sponsor in vegas needs to come through with some parts.

olaHalo! Get to spending!
Damn, is that the ingals or the MMW?
I was having a long discussion and the Ingalls guys said "our never break, that must be the other brand. But it looks like it was the bracket, not the actually etd that was twisted, right?

I got the speed source motor mounts, and their great (only got the front in right now) so you could get those.
But you know Todd is working on mounts as well. You might want to hit him up and see if you can get one from him. Not sure if he's doing front and back or just fronts, but my front took me 15 minutes to install.

Awesome numbers man!

Go Hydra or help us 2zz motor owners bug greddy to make the v-manage for us. VVT-i tuning will give you wayyyy more usable power and torque than a bigger turbo will at this stage. Have you touchev VVT-i at all with a CAMCON or anything?

i say this because your MPH b4 was 112 i don't remember your 60ft but your mph now is 110 on a bigger turbo that why i asked if its laggy. Plus your going to have to bring that mph up to go 11's because even if you do a 1.9 60ft your best at that mph should only be 12.1 or 12.3 not sure. I think Kennys scion went 12.1 @ 114 and chris rado's scion went 12.01 i think at 120 thats with a 2.1 60ft also i think
