Default My Dezod Turbo installed...pics finally!!!

I finally got some pix of my turbo install....finally after almost a month of driving it. Best thing I've ever done and best money spent ever...Thanks again Paul...you are my hero...lol

I have the t3/t4 ball bearing turbo and the rest of the Dezod S1 kit. My favorite piece would have to be the Jet Hot silver coating on the manifold....very shiiiiiinnnny...lol.

A nice over head shot

Side view of course

Intercooler....nice and hidden....ssssllllleeeeeepppeerrrr...lol

Pillar

Apex-i TT (sorry for the blurry pic)

I added a turbo blanket and some heat wrap to get rid of some of the heat under the hood.

Thanks for the compliment RSracer. Some ppl obviously don't know good quality when they see it. Especially when they don't have anything to show to back it up...lol.

Please tell me what's up with why he would have a problem running an open waist gate. Paul seems to really know his stuff down at Dezod so why would they give us something that isn't beneficial. I'd just like to get these things straightened out before I buy a turbo kit. Doesn't the open dump create a louder sound or something like that?

If you opt for the open wastegate Dezod does not supply the dump tube.

Simple as that, huh.

Open dump means a little more power at the cost of a gadawful racket. Some people like it though. If you just want straight power, open dump is the way to go.

open dump is fine, but open wastegate port is just ridiculous... talk about a dirty engine bay!

i hope you are enjoying those pics of those nice and shiney pipes, because in a few days they will be carbon-coated...

Riiiight

zach with a dezod kit has had an open port for about i dunno 6 months and it's fine... I'd still reccommend running a pipe though, it keeps the temps down under the hood as well.
