Congrats on almost finishing your kit! I'm in the same boat. Just pieced together a ZPI/ TurboToyota kit with an Ultimate. Only problem I found is that all the tuners near me don't tune Ultimate so I would have to drive out of state to Dezod or Ptuning to tune it or I get an FIC.

If you don't want to waste time piecing together a kit I'd save up for a kit. I pieced mine together took almost a year.. granted its used but it cost about 1400 for my full kit.

Need to ditch the 440's and go with 550's at least to be safe.

That and depending on the turbo and pressure you are trying to run the injector duty cycle would be extremely high.

im only going to run about 8psi for now. i know if i push more then im going to need bigger injectors. my plan is to do a full build. but i have to save up to do that. i am also upgrading the fuel rail. will the 440s be enough for that low of boost?

why dont you just get 550s? You will be fine with regular boost (8psi) with them.

You in Kandahar too? I can't wait to get back to the states so i can either (1) trade my car in for a manual or (2) get going on a trans swap so i can also be boosted.
