My turbo install, update 6/4 w/ pics and videos
My turbo install starts today! I have the turbonetics kit and will also be installing the speed source mounts. Schuller (another scionlife member w/ turbonetics) will also helping me with the intsall. Wish me goodluck and i'll keep u updated with the install.
*update 6/21
everything is almost done except intercooler and intercooler piping, then i have to finishing up wiring the wideband and boost guage and connecting the unichip
unfortunally i' installed the front mount and didn't even attempt to install the rear one. I will have some pics and videos as soon as i'm done w/ the install. I can't wait to get this baby running!
*update 6/24help!!!!, i finished installing everything yesterday w/ a couple of my friends but i'm scared!!. My idle is really bad and the cel flashes when i accelerate, i took it too autozone and they said the code turned out to be a cylinder 4 misfire. He was thiking it could be the sparkplugs. I am running on stock plugs and we did take a look at them and they seem to look fine. This kit i bought was used also, do u guyz think it could also be a faulty injector????? Anything else i can do. I am to scared to drive it too far and never hit boost yet cuz i don't want to take any chances. Anyones help would be appreciated,
update 6/3

4 hrs, are you serious.... I could have gotten my whole Transmission out by then. Tell them to stop taking the smoke breaks and finish up the work.

I think the shop was trying to rip the guy off, but I wanted to see how long it takes someone else.
That is a lot of smoke breaks. Well, it depends if you have the munchies and weight for the pizza to show up....

lol i actally thought i would be able to install everything before but didn't know it would take this long. My car is on jackstands w/ no manifold, injectors on it. once i'm done i'll be definetly hitting the track and see whati can pull off on these stock tires
