So you gave up on the SAFC, WMI and TRD flash? I don't think you'll regret it. The FIC is a great DIY tuning tool. I'll send you my latest map for my XB since we have very similar setups. It's still a work in progress but works pretty well. No CELs, never stalled, good PT/FT afrs. It just needs some tweaking here and there.

You may have to change the MAF map a bit, although I'm not sure if the difference between my logged MAF voltages and AEM's 05-06 TC voltages are because of the XB platform or the 07+ MAF change. In general, my stock N/A MAF signal averages about .4V lower than AEM's test mule 05 TC MAF across the board.

Anyway, you're welcome to try it and I wish you luck with your project.

Dang Chris ya shoulda just told me about the snow. I trust ya and i can wait for that thing til after the snow goes bye bye. But thanks bro! Glad it was a safely made trip. Im glad it works too. CAC for the win!!

Oh and i snagged a AEM Fic w/ PNP harness for 07-up with a pre-tapped oil pan for 525. Im so stoked! Gonna just swap out oil pans and sell my stocker. Just gna plug up the hole for now. Make some money back that way. But i will be needing a map eventually too. Cant wait for turbo. Should be taking ACE's injectors from him once he gets some bigger ones too. But my wife cut off my car spending until after the holidays!! Total Face Palm!

I didn't want you to miss out on the great FIC/harness/oil pan combo deal you found. You should be thanking me!

Anyway, things worked out pretty well. Martin wanted the FIC like yesterday so he drove up to get it today, wired it in and is busy tuning it already.

BTW, he brought his 08 TC MAF tube with him and we measured it with calipers. 2.5" I.D. Then we measured my 08 XB maf tube, 2.75" I.D. This certainly explains why TC maf maps don't work for me and vice versa.

i was able to get the aem wiring started around 2:30 and finished by 4:45 and then started tuning from there, i ran into some problems at idle and highe rpms, at idle itll sputter and at high rpms itll sputter(resistors fixed this)
