I say you really have a good chance. Its just a matter of time before your engine will blown. Dont boost if you dont have a good engine management system.

I've got tons of maps for the stock ECU. One of Europe, one of the U.S., one of South America... oh wait, nobody has cracked the ECU yet!

Search.... besides boosting on a budget = headache and more $$$

Relax. There's no reason to not atleast do a base tune, you can get an F/IC for a few hundred bucks.

Calling people _______s won't get anyone to help you. If you weren't so ignorant and searched you would have found dozens of threads about this topic. Do yourself a favor and research this forum you will find a whole lot of useful information.

Incorrect, never safe to run without management. Let me put it this way, I ran my car at 5psi WITH management without the complete fine tuning; it came with a preloaded map & my car ran MUCH better after fine tuning. Trust me, makes a world of difference.

If you intend on running 5psi without management.....I'll be here waiting for the "my motor blew up cuz I went turbo without any management" thread; it's inevitable.

There is one turbo kit that runs with no management and that's the ill-fated ZPI stage 0. However, the consensus seems to be to get an intercooler and some management and *then* it's a great light boost kit. If you do this with any other compressor, you're rolling the dice, especially if you have no gauges to monitor the vitals in real time.

As for your original question:
is there a base map i can get for it on my stock ecu?
the stock ECU can't be reflashed, Toyota has it locked down. The only way to get around this is with a piggyback which I see you have.

Just for poops and giggles Ill be running 7psi 440cc injectors and Walbro fuel pump on Stock ECU with a T3/O4E 50 Trim!!!!!!! But it wont be for a while I ran into some other issues outside my expensive obsession with cars. I ran the same T3/O4E 50 Trim turbo before at 6 psi with NO injectors and NO tuning at all for almost 10K miles no issues. I guess it depends on ALOT of things. NO TUNE is not reccomended.

^thats what I reccomended, it's only a few hundred bucks, it's stupid to compromise your motor over that.
