A forward thinking support mechanism that benefits the community, easy access with a knowledge base that can be accessed 24/7. Very nice.

Yes it would appear that way being that I just installed a Dezod Turbo. Shame on me,

Though I have not thoroughly researched all companies self help support based mechanisms that are in place, I am a very big supporter and I applaud any company that actively offers them. In today’s online and electronic savvy customers human intervention can be tedious and uncomfortable, we have found that most prefer to do research, self help FAQ and knowledge based information ranks the highest hit resource data base used.

I work for a 3.2 Billion dollar a year company traded on the NYSE. The consumer division which I work in does just over 700 million a year. The CS team for this is only 12 people with various rolls of phone and email support. I am responsible for 50 online websites that sell to the retail community with only 2 people.

If the proper systems are in place with automation, self help tools and excellent navigation and search functions. You can bring yourself lots of traffic and in turn sales as customers like to buy from innovative companies.

The most important thing that all customers want and will pay a premium gladly, is to know that they get a warranty, they can get support and service after the sale.
:D

Yo paul, another question:

I didn't see it in the tech guide for the turbo install, but will the turbo need to be clocked when installed?

uh oh, yet another question fella's.

In your tech notes page on your site with the tC turbo install pointers, you have 2 sealants listed:

-NPT Thread Sealant
-High Temp. Automotive RTV sealant

My quesition, which is used on what? In your tech guide on all parts like fittings, pan, etc it says to use the High Temp sealant. So what's the NPT sealant used on?? Quite confused.
