is this one thicker than the stock copper one im guessing? Did you guys ever make the longer studs? With a thicker gasket its gonna cut down even more on the threads available on the stock studs.

That can be fun too, but not as fun as really shopping.
do you sell extended exhaust studs, because I run a 1-off kit with a really thick manifold... and stock size studs are not cutting it, plus add me to the list of people that want to buy the copper gasket

before I order my studs and gaskets from you, do you know what the stud you sell overhang from the head mesures in inches? so I can make sure my mani is not to thick
i just got my studs and copper gasket, they look great.
on another note, i was telling a fellow gear head about the copper gasket i got and he said that when it comes to installing a copper gasket, it is important to tighten it, then drive around and heat it up, and then tighten it again, and let it cool to make sure it seals completely. any truth in that wisdom paul?

Well anytime you do work on the exhaust manifold, you want to drive it around for a few days and then re-check the stud nuts, and make sure everying is still buttoned up real nice and tight
