I honestly dont want to be "that guy" - but any updates on that new boost controller?

 

Controller is nearly completed on install. Just nailing down some vac lines. Dan Gardner wheels came into stock and monopolized a lot of my time (logistics wise) today

Boost controller is in. Programmed to 7 PSI, tuning is 85% done on that setting. Next up 9 PSI, then 11 PSI and finally 13 on a stock engine.

 

Can not wait for the results, keep us posted.

so this unit wont be able to be tuned by anyone outside of dezod or how does the tuning aspect work? if i have to come to NY for a tune then drive back above 5280 hows that going to work?

 

Tuning will take training and experience in navigating through the software just like any other system. It's not impossible to learn, but rather different than most because it's very windows based.

 

Last night I was dodging police, traffic and construction until 12AM. We have 90% complete maps for the following boost levels on the 550cc injectors:

1) 5 PSI
2) 7 PSI
3) 10 PSI
4) 12 PSI

I AM TIRED!!!!!!!!! BLAH

On a side note: EPA estimates that the tC gets 20MPG combined street and highway. If you do not beat on this car, I can still get 20MPG or better on this tune! Power at your disposal & fuel economy.....Nice added bonus.

 

any base maps for larger injectors? blow thru maf? e85?

 

E85 will require significant sized injectors due to it's properties. So that will probably be down the road


Blow thru, no problem.


The current map built is on a 54 trim .63 A/R for 5, 7, 10 and 12 PSI.

 

60 mph roll does it break tires loose?
