Default New TC Fuel Rail Available

Here are some pictures of the New tC fuel rail I just got finished with. About 40% bigger through hole than the stock fuel rail. All billet aluminum machined on a CNC milling machine. #6 port fitting in each end for inlet and outlet. In the last picture, it shows the fittings that can be used with the fuel rail. #8 inlet, or #6 inlet, and either a #6, #8 or plugged outlet. I am about to start on an adapter to use the stock line with this unit. Kit will include rail, two fittings and the o-rings. As you can see it has been anodized red to help protect it from the elements.

Maybe I should have just said tell us a little about yourself.

BTW, it looks good.

Mike is a great guy Paul, I have been helping him get products going/designed for the tC's and this is one of the first ones. The intake manifold will be next one released He just started his own company, but has been in the fabrication business for years, so his stuff is golden. He is from the race world, and does chassis' for race cars, and custom swing arms for bikes. I have a ton of pictures of the new fuel rail if you want to see them. This will be going on mine next week, and then the intake will be as well. Mike is also working on a rear disk break kit for the xB which he will be releasing very soon. I know Mike has bought the domain name and is working on getting the website setup.

Brian, thanks for chiming in. Yes I have started my own business under the name Alliance AutoSports, LLC. I have been in the racing industry, with the same company for 15 years. We build open wheel race cars, motorcycle swing arms, handle bars for a well known motorcycle company, oil pump components, etc. Needless to say we do alot of machining. Having worked there for so long I decided to start getting some of my own parts made. So far, all I have released are rear hub spacers for the xB, and this rail. And as B has mentioned the intake manifold is next. I hope to get started on it tomorrow. I am also working on a complete bolt on rear disk brake conversion for the xB. This rail kit will retail at $135.00 and includes the rail, fittings, and o-rings. And yes I have the domain name and am in the process of building the site now. Any other questions, please feel free to ask away!

Finally! A nice looking rail. Saw the other one someone posted and said, ummm, no way in hell I was going to use anything like that. This one actually looks very nice. Good job! I dig the red. Any plans for black? Although good luck with sales. People have to understand that fuel rails are great as PART of a full fuel system which can run close to $1000. Big money and probably reserved for you built motor guys. I would love a -8 inlet myself with a -6 return. I'll have to run 1000cc or possibly bigger depending on what fuel I decide to run on a pet project of mine. 1600's probably for E85.

I am running 1200cc injectors on my setup and this rail will be used with the #8 inlet

The injector style is the same that the stock tC rail uses, so any injector that will fit the stock rail will fit this rail.
