Default New TC fuel rail and more !!!!MUST READ!!!!!

As some have seen i was working on a scion fuel rail.

Well I bought a scion TC last week (against the V8 bible I live by) and have tested the rail out on it. Needless to say it worked out perfectly the first time around. I will have 100 of these ready to sell in about 4-6 weeks (this means they will be in the box and ready to ship the day I become a sponsor) .

The other things that I am working on is an aftermarket sheet metal manifold (this is taking some time due to dyno testing to see what runners will work the best). This manifold will come with options like direct port nitrous bungs and throttle body options. I am already working on oversized crank pulleys to help the guys out that want to make more boost on their superchargers without changing their supercharger pulley.

The other thing that I am working on is a complete fuel system for the TC. This will include a new tank, lines, pump and filter. The demand for this isn’t as great as many other things but I am still working on it. I am trying to find a wrecked TC for a good price that I can test this on since I do not want to tear apart my new TC to fit this on.

Caught my interest. The rail is a great new option for this community....since I haven't seen any mass produced yet. I'm also very interested in the manifold with the direct port bungs. I will definitely be watching this thread.

Looks good! How much more can it flow versus the stock? With the increased volume, do you recommend a fuel pressure regulator?

The only thing about the manifold is the amount of options i would have to offer for the Throttle body.

If i could offer only stock TB then it would be easy. But there are so many options for Throttle bodies that it becomes retarded. I can test whatever combo on a flowbench but that makes the price go up. But until i i find a combo that works without a doubt i have to test everything that i do.

A fuel pressure regulator isnt necessary but it would give you more adjustablity with your fuel system.

The stock fuel system will only allow so much. the stock fuel rail has a pulsation contol valve on it. the reason this is used is becuase the port on the fuel rail is so small that it causes a backpressure in the fuel system. This isnt needed if the port is enlargened on the fuel rail. the diameter of the stock fuel rail is only 5/16. the one i make is 1/2.

I'm not looking to start a flame war, just simply expressing my opinion.

Brad: Nothing personal against you, but I would never put a part designed by you in my engine. Your grammar is absolutely atrocious, and I have 0 evidence that you're not some scammer.

If you want to be taken seriously, especially on the internet: use proper grammar! Now I'm not whining about typos like typing "componets" instead of "components." but fundamental mistakes: i.e. "sponser" instead of "sponsor," and "dought" in lieu of "doubt."

You're 26 years old: Probably some enterprising young person who's mechanically inclined, and thinks they can do it better than Toyota. You may even be right, you might be able to design a better part than the designers at Toyota. But until you stop making basic spelling/grammar mistakes, I and many others on this forum will not take you seriously.

While you might not like these criticisms, I feel they should be brought to your attention in an effort to boost your sales. In essence telling you the reason why many potential customers may not buy from you.

Just my $.02.

I would much rather trust someone mechanically inclined who can't spell worth a $hit with my car, then some idiot who spends all his time on the computer, worrying about other peoples spelling... Get a life dude!
