If you are just visiting california CARB laws don't really apply to you. b4 they actually start applying you have to be a resident of the state for at least 6 months. And if you are in the military, your home of record is your rule of thumb.

I was there for the war.. Got in Kuwait around the 2nd of Jan. I was advance party, since I was logistics. We signed for all the crap.. and I do mean crap.. headed to Camp Penn. I think I flew out around.. ehh.. July 28th or so.. it was a life changing deployment for me.. that was a different change than what Kosovo taught me... did you have to goto the Balkans? That was insane

Hey! I just found this on TurboKits.com. They are selling the kit at a huge discount!!! Not only do they have a great price, but the guys there pick up the phone! I called to get some info and found out that they are selling it at an additional $100 off and free shipping...
