this is what turbo-kits.com told my shop. anyways we are trying to find the difference from the stage 2 and stage 3.

At the moment there is no Stage 1,2, or 3 from Turbonetics. Turbonetics only makes two versions of this kit. One with a cat, and one without.

What is the difference of having cat on the turbokit? it would not pass emissions anyway.

Actually thats what Turbonetics is working on now. With the cat on the downpipe it should pass the sniffer fine. Unless you live in Cali you should be fine with just that. Turbonetics is trying to make it pass CARB now...

The "sniffer" is the emissions reader used by most states to measure emissions output of a car rolling at 25 mph...
