Just rely on a wideband O2. They're more accurate. And the stock O2 sensors really just measure emissions before and after your catalytic converter. Bank 1 o2 measures Afr but isn't nearly as accurate as a wideband

Unless you tune out your primary o2 sensor (bank 1), the ecu needs it to do fuel corrections. Otherwise, you rely on the engine management to add/cut fuel at preset levels regardless of running conditions (temp, airflow, pressure, etc.).
